Arrival and Dismissal

Please accompany your child to the classroom or Before School Care each morning. Preschool age children are not allowed to walk by themselves into the church or school buildings.

• Before School Care begins at 7:00 a.m. in a preschool classroom in the school building. The North door of the church building will be opened at 7:50 a.m. Supervision of students is not available prior to this time. The teachers are in morning devotions. Please drop your child off in the classroom between 7:50-8:00 each morning.
• We ask that parents leave the classroom promptly following drop off to allow the teacher to give her attention to the children.
• If late please go to the School office for a Visitor’s Pass if your child’s classroom is in the school building. Those arriving late and going to the church building will be buzzed in at the Preschool entrance.
• Our half day classes will dismiss from their classrooms unless notified differently from your child’s teacher. Parents should enter the North door to the church building. Please wait in the hallway until the teachers indicate that it is time to pick up.

At the end of our full preschool day children may be picked up from the classroom or go to our After School Care Program. Please notify your child’s teacher each morning if you plan to pick up after school or if your child will be attending After School Care.

• Classroom pick up will begin at 2:50.
• Please park in the designated preschool parking lot on the WEST side of the church building or along Church Dr.
• Students not picked up from the classroom by 3:05 will be sent to after school care.

Families will not be billed for after school care until 3:30.

Child pick up authorizations are completed at the time of enrollment. Teachers follow these pick-up lists and will not allow your child to be picked up by someone not on your pick-up list. Pick-up lists can be updated by contacting the school office.
