First Grade Memory

1.) For the entire 1^stQuarter Marking Period 1^stGrade will work on memorizing:

Romans Chapter 8 Verse 28

We know that for those who love God all things work together for good.

At the end of each week during the 1^stQuarter Marking Period each 1^stGrade student will be asked to recite Romans Chapter 8 Verse 28.

2.) For the entire 2^ndQuarter Marking Period 1^stGrade will work on memorizing:

Luke Chapter 2 Verse 11

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”

At the end of each week during the 2^ndQuarter Marking Period each 1^stGrade student will be asked to recite Luke Chapter 2 Verse 11.

3.) For the entire 3^rdQuarter Marking Period 1^stGrade will work on memorizing:

Matthew Chapter 22 Verse 37

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.

At the end of each week during the 3^rdQuarter Marking Period each 1^stGrade Student will be asked to recite Matthew Chapter 22 Verse 37.

First Timothy Chapter 1 Verse 15

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.

At the end of each week during the 4^thQuarter Marking Period each 1^stGrade student will be asked to recite First Timothy Chapter 1 Verse 15.
